Build Up Stamina, Check!

Waktu study sijil architecture dulu, mmang kurang involve dgn aktiviti mengsihatkan stamina badan, akibatnya badan mmang xda muscle (dan mcm skarang ada?). Kesedaran utk mnjaga stamina badan kian menular apabila meninggalkan zaman-jahiliah-belajar-architecture-secara-pukal-tanpa-tubuh-badan-yang-sihat.

Terima kasih utk rakan2 yg membantu utk membina muscle secara mantap dan sasa. No! Berada pd level alam bekerjaya kini Alhamdulillah bnyak involve dgn aktiviti menyihatkan fizikal/mental. Rakan2 yg supportive dlm kencah-build-in-stamina dlu adalah amat dihrgai...

Kini, sy ada 2 kelompok sahabat yg membantu dlm membentuk stamina badan yang ideal! Para senior archi dan para rakan high school. Which is archi team more to run/walk activities and the high school team is badminton activity.

p/s: aktiviti badminton sdh sekian bln xberentap! Kekangan wktu masing2 yg berbeza yg xdpt dielakkan...   :)
